About Diana: Diana Vellos Coker is a Partner at Larrabee Albi Coker LLP. Her practice focuses on corporate immigration matters for high-tech, pharmaceutical/biotech and health care industries including implementing immigration policies and procedures.
Improving our immigration system is of critical importance for Diana. As a daughter of an immigrant, she has seen first-hand the real-life impact our immigration laws have on families and our community. She frequently speaks with members of Congress and their staff regarding immigration issues and has served on a grassroots taskforce to advocate for positive change.
Diana was awarded a Juris Doctor degree from The Washington College of Law at American University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Macalester College. Diana serves on the Japan Society of San Diego and Tijuana’s Board of Directors and the Kyoto Symposium Organization Advisory Board. She is also the Vice-Chair for the San Diego chapter of AILA.

About Stephanie: Stephanie Smith is an Associate Attorney with WSM in San Francisco, where she works with corporations, individuals, universities, and research institutes to secure H, O, J, L, and TN visas, as well as permanent residency based on an individual’s extraordinary ability or outstanding research. Ms. Smith has also litigated family-based adjustment of status, asylum, cancellation of removal, and criminal-related immigration cases in immigration courts and at the appellate level. She currently serves as Advocacy Co-Chair for the Northern California Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) as well as American Immigration Council local Ambassador to AILA NorCal.
