The American Immigration Council and partners in the El Paso Immigration Collaborative (EPIC) submitted a letter to Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s El Paso Field Office, detailing:

  • Public health concerns related to COVID-19.
  • The lack of access to adequate medical care.
  • The need to immediately release at-risk individuals.
  • Recommended steps to mitigate the risks.
