Project Manager, Transparency

Victoria Johnson is the Project Manager, Transparency at the American Immigration Council. She moves the Council’s transparency efforts forward and analyzes agency records that will advance litigation, advocacy, and research efforts to hold the government accountable. She conducts research and writes about immigration enforcement, due process concerns, and open government practices. Previously, she served as Research Projects Manager at the Council and as a Young Fellow at the Friends Committee on National Legislation. Tory wrote her undergraduate thesis on the growth of private prisons in the immigrant detention industry and earned her B.A. in Peace and Global Studies from Earlham College.
