Ximena Escalante

Program Coordinator of the Center for Inclusion and Belonging

Ximena Escalante is the Program Coordinator of the Center for Inclusion and Belonging. In this role she provides administrative and project management support across a dynamic portfolio of programs focused on building bridges across differences and cultivating a more cohesive nation where all people are welcomed and included. Prior to joining the Council, Ximena was the primary lead of a narrative change project focused on uplifting the experiences of Latin American immigrants in the caregiving sector.  Her experience in the nonprofit sector ranges from communications and marketing to fundraising and development. Ximena holds a B.S. in Journalism and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Colorado, Boulder and a MA in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice.
