About Melanie: Melanie K. Corrin is a 2002 graduate of New England Law | Boston. Ms. Corrin has focused her practice solely on immigration law since graduating, and is currently a Senior Attorney with the Joseph Law Firm. She has been an American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) member since 2002 and has served on the AILA Colorado Chapter Executive Committee since 2008, currently as Immediate Past Chapter Chair. She also serves on the AILA Nebraska Service Center Liaison Committee, the Distance Learning Committee and as the American Immigration Council Liaison for the Colorado Chapter. Melanie has been a member of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association (CWBA) since 2011 and currently serves on Board as a Co-Chair of the Membership Committee. Ms. Corrin was appointed to the Colorado Bar Association Ethics Committee in 2010 and is a lecturer on immigration topics on a local and national level.
