About Ana: Ana Pottratz Acosta practices in Leonard, Street and Deinard’s Labor and Employment group, where she focuses on a variety of immigration matters.
Ana’s brings textured experience to her immigration practice. She previously worked on employment-based immigration cases at Aronson & Associates, P.A., an immigration boutique firm in Minneapolis.From 2004 to 2010, Ana served as an attorney for Lutheran Social Services of New York (LSSNY)–Immigration Legal Services Program, a nonprofit organization representing low income immigrants in New York City. At LSSNY, Ana represented clients before both U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) on a variety of matters. At the same time, Ana also served for two years as the Immigration Advisor to the New York Disaster Interfaith Services (NYDIS) 9/11 Unmet Needs Roundtable and was the supervisor of the LSSNY Refugee Resettlement Program for nearly three years.
