About Noelle: "Noelle Sharp has been the AIC ambassador for AILA’s Washington State Chapter since March 2012. After moving to California from Hong Kong, she received her BA in Ethnic Studies from San Francisco State University where she was Chair of the La Raza Student Organization and interned at the Cesar Institute for Public Policy. In between undergrad and law school, she volunteered for a non-profit organization in the Dominican Republic building aqua ducts to bring potable water to mountain villages. At Stetson University College of Law she participated in their immigration law clinic and volunteered at Gulfcoast Legal Services. After graduation, Noelle worked for a number of agencies including Florida Rural Legal Services and Catholic Charities before moving to Washington State and opening the Immigration Law Offices of Noelle Sharp. Located 5 minutes from the Northwest Detention Center, her practice focuses on removal defense and appeals."
