Katherine Steinberg

Director of Content and Consumer Brand Strategy

Katherine Steinberg is the Director of Content and Consumer Brand Strategy for the American Immigration Council. She’s launched a variety of digital and in-person programs to create new activists and champions for the Council's work, such as the first-ever New American Festival, a virtual book club and film club. In 2021 she launched a new artist fellowship program, giving grants to immigrant artists whose work incorporates statistics from the Map The Impact data interactive. Prior to joining The American Immigration Council, she was the Director of Content Strategy for New American Economy. She came to NAE from digital media where she was an Emmy-nominated content strategist. She has over 15 years of experience leading editorial, product development and partnerships for brands like Nickelodeon and AOL. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
